AAC Blocks

AAC Blocks

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), a ground-breaking technology in the construction industry, is utilised to produce high-quality, precisely crafted blocks. AAC blocks are also known as fly ash lightweight bricks or blocks. It is a lightweight, precast material that provides structure, insulation, and fire and mould resistance simultaneously. We provide eco-friendly and long-lasting building materials.

Lightweight cement blocks. Aluminum reacts with a mixture of lime, cement, and fly ash to form Autoclaved Aerated Concrere Block. The hydrogen gas that escapes creates millions of tiny air cells, giving the block a strong cellular structure that is further strengthened by high-pressure steam curing in autoclaves.

High-quality building material that is fire-resistant, sound-absorbent, non-toxic, recyclable, and has exceptional thermal properties. Manufactured, lightweight, precast material made entirely from natural raw materials. Modern, eco-friendly building material that is simple to work with and compatible with current building practises.

Advantages of AAC Block

Very light weight concrete blocks (550 - 650 kg/m3), 1/4th weight of normal bricks/blocks.
